1. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if your request is made within same day of placing your order and before the BOC-3 filing has been submitted to the FMCSA.

2.  Refund Process

Once your refund is approved, please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email info@onlineboc3.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for your refund request

Incomplete refund requests may delay processing.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We reserve the right to deny a refund request under any of the following conditions:

  • The BOC-3 filing has already been submitted to the FMCSA

  • The request lacks necessary order details

  • The request appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith
